Holiday Shipping Schedule TOP
The Dead line for ordering online for First Class Shipping is Sunday 12/19/2010. Last day for ordering online and using Priority Shipping will be Monday 12/20/2010. We will ship all items before the post office cut off dates. Please understand that we only go by the dates that the post office gives us and we do not guarantee deliverers. Order will be shipping within 24 hours the week of Christmas.
Orders Place 12/23 – 12/28 will ship out the 29th. When will my items be shipped? TOP
Depending on order size, all items are shipped within 24- 48 hours Monday through Friday after payment has cleared. All items paid for on Friday,Saturday, or Sunday will ship the following week. Can I get a Custom bow made? TOP

What is the difference between Alligator Clip and French Clip? TOP
We recommend using the alligator clip for babies hair and girls with very fine or thin hair. The alligator clips are used to slide in the hair or on top of a ponytail.
The French clips works best for olders girls with thicker or long hair.

Do you accept International orders? TOP Yes, they are very much welcome!! Do you run out of Stock? TOP Yes, we do run out of stock from time to time. We will do our best to keep the website up todate. If you item is out of stock at time of purchase, you will be refund. We do not do any back orders. How do I know what size headband to get? TOP
The bows on Nylon headbands will fit newborn to 1 year on average.
The dainty cotton headbands and cotton headbands will fit 1 month to Young girl( about 7 years).
Crochet headbands will fits 2 months to adult. Do you accept/exchanges returns? TOP
Here at Princess Bowtique we know that it can be hard to purchase items without seeing the product and I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and offer a 100% guaranteed happiness. If you buy it and love that is wonderful. However we know from time to time that it may not be what you are looking for or the right color. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase please contact me in regards to your purchase within 14 days of receiving your products.

All Returns and Exchanges will require a RA number. Please contact me for an RA number before returning your product. I do have a few requirements for return and exchanges. Items must be in new unworn condition and in original package/box. This means we do not cover any normal wear, food stains, ect…. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. This means that we do not cover any shipping cost. Items that are returned damage and not in new original condition will not be available for a return. Refunds are given after goods arrive and are in their original unused condition. Under no circumstances are used products accepted for return. Opened and used products or packages without and RA number will be refused and returned to the sender.

Can I cancel my order? TOP
Unfortunately once you place an order it cannot be canceled. When you receive your products you may contact us for an RA number and return it for a refund or exchange. Are the ends of the bow sealed to prevent fraying? TOP
Absolutely!! Each bow is treated to prevent from fraying and sealed to keep its new appereance with gentle care. Quality is our #1 priority!
