Shipping
We are currently shipping orders Monday - Friday.
Orders usually go out within 2-3 business days after payment had cleared.
All orders placed Friday and over the weekend will go out the following week. We do not ship on Holidays and Federal Holidays. Please see our Holiday Shipping Schedule
We will email you a '"dispatch" notice when your order has been shipped.
We have several different ways to ship you order.
Because we ship fast, we can not cancel any orders. You may contact us once you receive it for a RA number.
For US Residents:
We ship everything by United States Postal Service: All items are estimated delivered when they shipped.
First Class Shipping is cheapest and arrives in 2-7 days with tracking and delivery confirmation. There is no guarantee with first-class shipping. First Class prices start around $3.50
Priority arrives in 2-3 days with tracking and delivery confirmation. There is no guarantee with priority. Prices start around $5.50
Express arrives in 1-2 days (depending on location) with tracking and delivery confirmation. We do ask that someone is home to sign for it otherwise a note will be left and you will need to go to post office to pick it up. Prices start around $25.00
Orders outside the US:
We ship worldwide and to every country. All orders are shipped by United States Postal Service.
First Class Shipping is very cheap and starts around $5.00. There is no tracking and can take 2-4 weeks for delivery and sometimes up to 8 weeks. It just depends on how fast it goes through customs. We do not cover any packages that get lost or stolen on First Class Shipping for orders outside the US. Please make note of this when selecting your shipping preference. This type of shipping is not as safe as other selections of shipping.
International Priority Shipping starts around $25.00 and is much safer. Comes with some insurance and has tracking all the way to your home. We can track every detail of your package with this one. This is much safer than first class. Arrives in 1-2 weeks.
Express International Shipping arrives in about 1 week. It starts around $40 and comes with some insurance. It has tracking all the way to your house. This is the fastest and safest way to send packages.
Returned Packages:
From time to time we might get a package back. The reason is due to incorrect shipping address. Please make sure that you double check your shipping address before checking out. We ship to the address provided when you checkout. We do not cover the second shipping charges if a package has been returned. It can take about 3 weeks for a package to get returned to us. Once it is returned, you may pay to have it resent. We will keep in contact with you through the return process. If you need the product right away you can always reorder and when the first package gets returned we can refund it.
